Having suffered through years of ill health myself, ranging from PCOS, PMDD, chronic infections, gut issues, inflammation, anxiety and depression, being told there was nothing I could do about it but to take medications, I felt as though there had to be another way.
I decided to try my luck with natural therapies, including nutrition, pilates, chinese medicine, osteopathy, and acupuncture. Combining these therapies and working hard to change my habits, focusing more on exercise, whole foods, and sleep, I reversed my PCOS, and no longer suffer from PMDD, anxiety, or depression.
I have continued to immerse myself in this world. Trying to learn everything I can about living the healthiest possible life, free from medications, gut issues, and other ailments.
This is what lights me up today, and I want to help you achieve the same energy, vitality, and zest for life!
Food and nutritional medicine is a powerful healing tool we all have at our fingertips, we just need to understand how to use it to our advantage and navigate a world of easily accessible and addictive ultra-processed junk.
The book is never closed, and I will continue to learn and develop as many skills as I can to help others understand their unique nutritional needs, paving the way to a better and healthier life.
