Initial Consultation, 60 mins, $180
A 60 minute initial consultation is a deep dive into your current health issues, your health history, family history, lifestyle, and current nutrition.
This consultation will involve lots of questioning that can help guide me in understanding what further testing or data we might need to gather. This will provide the best basis to make decisions about where to go with treatment. Often, there will be no formal treatment plan or supplements after the first appointment, depending on the outcome of this appointment.
It is always preferable for the first appointment to take place in the Noosa clinic (unless you are in outside the sunshine coast, in which case, an online appointment can be booked in).
Initial Return Consultation, 45-60 mins, $100
In your initial return consultation, we will run through any test results and come up with a formalised treatment plan to begin addressing any issues or concerns that arose during testing and other investigations. This is where you will receive a treatment plan, with dietary and lifestyle information, as well as a supplementation prescription, if necessary.

Return Consultation, 30-45 mins, $85
In a return consultation, which is usually scheduled between 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment, we will revisit your presenting complaint/s, go over any test results, and continue to advance your treatment plan to best achieve results for your individual needs.

Genetic Test Results, 60-75mins, $190
This appointment is for those who are receiving the results of their genetic testing. We will run through your full test results and I will also give you my own brief summary of what is important to focus on with your diet and lifestyle from those results.

Genetic Testing Package, $400
This includes your initial appointment, genetic test results appointment and a check in appointment to help you with further questions and and implemented diet and lifestyle changes.

This option allows you to:
a). Get a discounted rate on all appointments
b). Pay in instalments - 20% deposit required on booking

How does the appointment process work?
- A thorough case history and health background is the first step in understanding your current needs.
- From this understanding we can determine further areas of investigation - such as further blood testing, DNA testing, stool testing, hormone testing etc.
- Once all of your testing results are in you will be called back for an initial follow up to review test results and you will be presented with a personalised treatment plan.
- From here you will get 3-4 weekly follow up appointments to check in, discuss your challenges and continue with personalised treatment.
